Claim Issues / Customer Service Issues
I got naked, but seems I also got caught with my pants around my ankles. They are the first ones to zap a debit order, but when it came to claiming - it became clear that dodging was the name of the game.
I am not happy at all! Claim number C***. Maybe you should refund me my premiums I have paid for the past months and I can go find another insurer.
PS. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have opted for it.
