Working in the insurance industry, I am aware of the high expectations & pressures regarding claims settlement and have heard every story in the book about how clients are treated. With Naked, my claim was settled quicker than when I was ******. Lisa-Marie went more than above and beyond to assist with my claim to get it registered, verified and my new device replaced. She was kind, understanding and very quick with updates.
