Claim handled with care and patience

I would like to say Thank you to Anika who assisted me with my claim and had so much empathy in what I was going through when I lost my phone and the way it happened. She was very patient with me. The claim took about 5 days for investigations to happen as well as submitting of documents required by me l of the incident and from the police station and I understand as well because this was the second time I was claiming and understood that they could view me as high risk but throughout the entire process I felt like I was being assisted by a close relative who understood what I was going through. I reply appreciate her and the Naked team for helping me set up for the future in restoring me to where I was before the incident happened. I don’t know how to thank your team. Thank you so much Your team has been coming through for me in ways I never thought an insurance company would.
