Claim documents submitted but now no response on emails and on calls
I have been waiting for a response to my claim since yesterday when I have submitted everything required but now there are no responses to emails and the calls are not being picked up for the last 2 hours. I really hope I will not regret moving my insurance to Naked. My previous insurer usually had claims resolved in less than 24 hours and always responded to emails and call on time. I am going to use my first claim with you to weigh whether I should stay or change insurers. Ease with claims is one deciding factor for me

31 May 2023, 11:49May they please do so. I am now waiting for the validation team but they are saying it may take 10 working days. I really hope that will not be the case as I have been continuously saying that I use my phone for work and studies and I have provided all the information needed. The validation team can contact me or conduct their investigation now please this is urgent
