Claim - bad service

I claimed for a phone and a laptop, a validator was appointed but they are taking so long to even contact me. I am studying and need my laptop asap. It's terrible service that am getting. I put a claim for my car with another insurer and they processed my claim within a day! Naked is taking so long to process my claim for small items, I wonder how long it takes for a claim to be processed for bigger objects . I am frustrated.
