Claim

Om currently having a very bad experience with Naked insurance after I submit a claim almost a month ago where my car was damaged. After they approved my claim and give me the opportunity to made use of my own panelbeater as the previous one they prefer messed up,they send me an indemnity form to complete and send it to their financial department and informed me it will take 2-5 working days for payout. After two (2) days they informed me via email that they appointed a validator to investigate to my claim and it will also took around 2-10 working days. Till to date no one ever contacted me regarding this matter.,I had to prospone my appointment with my panelbeater due to this. The only response I got via email is that the validation team did not get back to them and that they are sorry for any inconvenience that I experienced during this time. After all the reports and documents supp**** to them this is how you get treated. Wow no naked
