claim and appeal denied

They requested so much documents and videos yet i told them my phone is lost and thety told me its in my position. why cant they say we see it being active why not turn lost to ******. they dont wanna pay and they have the worst validators just because i am not an influencer. i submited everything they needed still it wasnt enough. its simple to get a quote yet finacially straining to claim. they even say they cant because my app is used by an iphone 15 and i use iphone 15 pro max, obvious because their claim is app related i would ask someone to do it for me. worst insurance ever. do not use naked insurance unless you are an influencer
