Claim
The claiming process was really seamless especially since it happened during the holidays and I had a few hiccups on my side.
My only complaint is that the payment process took a bit longer than expected and I was not updated until I followed up and discovered that there was a problem with the payment process but after that was resolved, I received my claim the same day.
