Oh I don’t regret taking up insurance with Naked , I submitted a cellphone claim and it took only 1 week for everything to be done, submitting claim,submitting supporting information and having them deliver my new device in the same week , absolutely Amazing,they work together as a team and if you don’t understand something they explain to you and ensure you understand fully.Im definitely going to refer my friends and family. I love great and efficient service. I had no issues at all and I love that they stick to their turn around times they are very competent.
