i have bad review with naked insurance i have insure my phone for the value of R8000 and my phone got ****** last week and i have paid R5400 which is not what i have insure my phone for and the phone which is upper than my phone is a A35 which is R7600 and they want to give me a phone which has bad reviews first of all why am i not been paid of the valued which i have insured my phone,that is robbing people.

For context, when settling clients we always try to settle a client with a like-for-like device as that would put them back in the position they were in before the loss occurred. As we weren't able to source you a Samsung Galaxy A32, we found the next most suitable replacement in the Galaxy A34. In cases where clients don't want to proceed with the replacement we source we offer them other settlement options at the cost of that replacement.
