Cheated

I submitted a claim on Monday ,i have not finished submitting all necessary documents,but it’s rejected due by their underwrtters. no case has been submitted,nor has my evidence been submitted. They insurance covers loss,theft and damage. no where in their contract did it say theft from my vehicle is not covered. A cellphone worth R17 000 is gone
