Excellent claim experience: I lost my phone on 19 September 2023 and submitted a claim the same night, received confirmation that a claim had been received the following day, and started with the process of getting ITC and people case number on the 20th Sep 2023. On the 22nd Sep 2023, I received an Apple store voucher to replace my phone. Excellent service. It took 3 days to replace my phone without hustle.
