As a new member to naked I was a bit nervous when I needed to put in my first claim for a damaged cellphone . The process was so easy - literally just went onto the app took a pic of the device and they got back to me the same day. The repairs were done by a 3rd party which were also a pleasure to deal with. Great Great service . Will be switching over my other insurance to Naked.
