Car window claim

Once again, I'm honestly astonished at how great the whole Naked Insure claims process is. A couple of photos, a quick explainer video and done. Claim approved. Contacted by a very friendly and professional glass repair team that came to my house to replace my window! I don't think I spent more than 10min "admin time" during the whole process. No lengthy phone calls, no excessive emails back and forth. I never enjoy making an insurance claim, but one thing is for sure. When Naked is involved I'm genuinely not stressed at all. Keep up the great work.
