Car insurance claim

It has been 2 months and counting since I filed a claim with Naked Insurance. I was in an car accident and they towed my car, filed for a claim, they sent an assessor to verify info and the accident scene, assessor sent his report to them and they kept quiet didn't tell me they have received the report. Fine time goes by I send an email to their representative who was handling my case, her name is Jennika. She told me they are reviewing my claim and awaiting information from under writer which is Hollard. Fine they held a meeting with regard to my case and they never gave me feedback on their meeting. After multiple times of emailing and calling they finally responded by saying they are having another meeting and can't give a time frame of when or what the outcome will be.

Mind you they deduct their premiums in time every month. Till this day I still don't have my car, they are not communicating with me.
