Car insurance Claim

The claim experience was absolutely seamless with Naked. The team was very helpful and friendly.

If there was something I feel could improve it may be the speed at which the vehicle could be fixed. The Panel Beater I chose didn't have immediate availability so I had to wait 2 weeks before I could take my car in to them. Perhaps it may be possible in the future to give customers an idea of availability when they are asked to select which workshop to take the vehicle to.

Regardless the experience with the App and the team has been great!
