Naked insurance took a money from me on a date I didn't authorise. Last month I paid them on the 13th, and made it clear I get paid on the 15th, it's the 1st and they have already taken my money. I want a refund and immediate cancellation

To clarify, the default billing cycle on your account is set to the 1st of every month. This can be changed to your preferred date on your Naked app, and can be done prior to the next debit date.
