Brilliant service, with a slightly sour outcome!!

Jeanet's cell phone was damaged when she fell against a rock. Having difficulty with submitting the claim electronically Darren Pillay, one of the friendly staff staff, at Naked helped me with completing the claim. Darren also arranged for a technician to be appointed to inspect the phone. Here I also have to give immense credit to Andre from Platinum Repairs (Cape Town) who went beyond the norm and actually arranged a technician to visit us at home for the inspection. Once it was determined that the phone was beyond repair, Darren once again took over and did all the arrangements for delivery to my office in Stellenbosch. I can only say thank you very much to Darren and Andre for their excellent service. Unfortunately there is a slight downside to the story. Naked decided to replace the phone, despite me informing them that we immediately bought a new phone as it was Jeanet's business phone, without which she cannot function. I was hoping to have a choice on whether I want the insured amount or a new phone, but alas this was not the case, so now I sit with a spare phone which we don't really need
