Botched Screen Repair water damage
Horrible experience. Waited 2 weeks for a screen repair on a Samsung note 9. The subcontractor platinum repairs did a botch job and left the phone no longer IP68 waterproof. Phone got slightly wet after a water spill and now they want to charge for water damage. Will be cancelling my policy as well as my wife's policies with Naked Insurance. Strictly not recommended.
