Big no!!

We had a burglary in our garden shed and they stole our garden tools. Naked rejected our claim as we had no proof of forced entry into the garden shed. The burglars broke the lock open and took the broken lock with them so how am i supposed to show a picture of the broken lock if i dont have it. Dont know why i should pay insurance and then when you want to claim, they come up with all sorts of stories. Wont recommend them.
