Beware of ************ practices

Naked has increased both the premium and excess on a vehicle I've insured 3 months ago. They've also increased the excess and premium on my other vehicle cover, home contents cover and building cover. I have had zero claims.

Why do they have the right to unilaterally increase your excess?... This is something that I chose at the policy inception and it is borders on being *****ulent or very poor practice for them to be constantly increasing the excess to whatever they feel like.

8 am shopping around currently and advise people not to fall for for the lower premiums they quote you, within a few months they'll increase everything!!!
