Beware of Naked Insurance

My second time having a bad experience with this insurance company, communication is very poor and no emotional support or what so ever, I remember a single day when they called me that I didn't pay their premium but when I claim it has always been a problem, it is like their looking for loophole for them not to pay, you can't asked me what time did I give my cousin to go and see our uncle who is sick and how did he gets the car from me.

Collection of the premium is what their good at but helping you to resolve the issue with them is a problem, you will be sent to pillar to post even if you took comprehensive cover with them
