Best service from an Insurance Provider ever!

Moving to Naked Insurance has been the best decision i could make for insurance. I have been with them for 2 to 3 months ago. about a month after joining Naked, i was involved in an accident. I had logged the claim on the NAked App, which provided extremely clear and guided processes for completing the claim. Once the calim was logged, I received email communication from Khavaand at Naked, who went out of his way to make sure that the process of repairs, rental car etc went as smooth as possible.

I did not wait long for any response to a query, they always made sure that I understood exactly what the requirements and processes were.

I was always met with professional, friendly service, and they ensured that I was looked after as a client. Best service that I have ever received from an Insurance provider.
