The roadside assist team was incredible when my car battery died and when I claimed for my windscreen I did everything on the app and the claim was approved in minutes with feedback sent via email. No calling in, waiting on hold or trying to reach people. The claim process was fast and my windscreen was replaced within a day, they even arrange for glass fitters to come to you.
