I was really worried that my claim would not go through as I was only covered for a week before I got ******. I am a student and I do not know much about claims and stuff but the staff were very efficient and kind and made me feel comfortable and less stressed as they instructed me on what to do and my claim was approved immediately in a matter of days. Furthermore, the staff were very patient in explaining to me anything that I did not understand which made the process very smooth and easy and comfortable and less nerve wrecking.
