They sent someone to assess if the phone was repairable at their own cost and when it was determined to be beyond repair I got my cover amount which I then used to purchase a new phone. Even when I had a mechanical issue with my car, they sent me a tow truck immediately and checked in and even was willing to send someone over to wait for the tow truck with me.
