Best insurance you could ask for

I'm a fairly new customer with Naked and so when i had a wall collapse during the flood I was worried about the claims process. I immediately sent through my video explaining the issue on the app and was mentally prepared for a long tedious process. It was the complete opposite! Naked got back to me the following day, sent out an assessor as soon as they could considering the week was full of public holidays. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering my numerous emails within a few minutes with an actual response and not an automated reply. They facilitated all 101 of my queries with absolute politeness. I was particularly impressed at how quickly everything was resolved when I hear from numerous friends that their insurance companies hadn't gotten back to them yet, and my claim had been completely processed. I can't recommend naked insurance enough! Not to mention that my premiums are almost R800 less than my previous insurer.
