Best Insurance interaction in my life!!!

I am old school (like to talk to people) and phoned regarding a query in relation to claim. Tayla-Lee responded with a straight answer. I then took a chance and asked her if I could ask her some other questions regarding things I picked up on my cover. She was patient, kind, explained finer detail and even got me a second opinion on a specific question I had!
