Best insurance for first-timers.

I have been with Naked insurance since 2023. Unfortunately I had an accident which rendered my car a write-off. Within 1 day of submitting my claim, Naked organised a courtest car for me as I had chosen that option in my cover. Not only that, they kept me updated on the progress of my claim and were transparant about what they needed from my side. Should I purchase another asset again, I will choose Naked. They also refunded my premiums from the date of the accident moving forward. As a first-time car owner and a first time with short-term insurance, this was such a pleasant experience after hearing horrors of what other insurers put people through.
