Best Insurance Ever

This was the best experience i have had in many moons. I was involved in an accident and I did the bare minimum as Naked sorted everything out without any hassles. Right after the accident i logged into their app, logged a claim, followed the easy steps (9 steps) and further communicated via email with the most friendly and kind people ever. After 16h00 I asked them for a courtesy car as I am paying for that option, 17h00 the rental agency phoned me, and the next morning 10h00 they delivered the car for me. Valid for 60 days. I paid the delivery fee and deposit and i am mobile again. After the assessor gave the go ahead, they referred me to a panelbeater but I prefer another panelbeater on their panel, so without any questions asked they moved the claim to the preferred panelbeater. Since day 1 i got quick and very friendly service from them and I will never use another insurance ever.
