As a software engineer it frustrated me to no end to have to work with insurance companies over the phone where they could never spell my name right and the terms and conditions confused me to no end when read out to me. Naked takes away every single pain point I had with insurance. Improvements such as a quick indication of not needing emergency assistance when you phone them before you talk to a person; to being able to keep my finger on the pulse of my own insurance with a clean and super easy to use mobile app. Not to mention if you do have any sort of problem they help you quickly and effectively over email or the phone, whichever you prefer! Being underwritten by Hollard I also have peace of mind that they will look after me of it comes to claiming. If I had a third arm I'd give you guys three thumbs up in every category!!
