Best customer service and quick turnaround time

At first i was sceptical, cheap insurance chat bot doing your qoute, are they reliable. I also read some bad reviews but i took a chance as there qoute was half of other insurers. 14 February my vehicle got ****** contacted naked dealt with a chatbot first thing monday morning mandisa emailed me within 4hours my car hire was arranged either to be delivered or collected. There was constant updates and feedback by Thursday claim was approved. Posted keys to jhb on friday monday they recieved it and tuesday the settlement was sent out.i guess by tomorrow or thursday it would be paid out. I honestly never had such a quick turnaround time before and mandisa was constantly replying to my emails not longer than 10 minutes during working hours. Would definitely recommend naked to others. There whole process was not stressful everything simply done on there app 5stars is not enough for there service. Well done team naked
