As much as bad service needs to be shown up good service needs recognition. I followed the Naked insurance sign up process and was surprised with ease of sign up and ease of being covered. But experience has taught me that insurance companies show their true worth when claims are done. I have also been subject to refusal of payment due to technicalities. Last year I was subject to a smash and grab incident. Leaving my windscreen shattered. After completing my police statements and reports I proceeded to immediately log a claim on the app to get my window fixed. Early next morning I got a call from Naked insurance to find out what would be most convenient place to get my window fixed. I told them at my work place. Gave them the address and a few hours later my window got fixed at my work . The time and admin Naked saved me versus my previous smash and grab incidents were amazing. And worth a few hundred if not thousand rand on its own. Keep up the good work.
