Best Car Insurance Ever!

I'm new to being a Naked person but my experiences have been nothing but positive. I've had two issues with them, one where my vehicle was not showing up on the app and the other when I struggled to update my payment details. Both were resolved within a day!

I finally claimed this week for a windscreen chip and my claim was approved the morning after I submitted it. I submitted it on a Saturday. The only information I provided was that it's a windscreen claim and a short video detailing what happened. Think about that for a moment - Naked did not even ask for a pic of the damage and it was approved and fixed within a couple of days. Beat that!
