Being Naked causes frozen brain cells

The staff at Naked are just something else. I've sent numerous emails and the response I get is not even answering what I'm asking. It's like the replies are generic. The staff don't read to respond they just respond. Really a joke. Just the other day I was told they are dispatching an electrician for my case. A case that I did not log or ask for. Stay away from these guys, I can only imagine the lack of service when we need them. NO HELP
