Bad service from naked insurance and North City panelbeater
Bad service ever today marks 3 months and 10 days with my car not being fixed after the panelbeater promised it will take 14 days to repair, this has been a bad experience. Car hire was only 60 days paid deposit, now it's been 40 days no car no car hire. North City panelbeaters fitted pirate parts in my car and they not aligning with the body really bad service when u call them they say the car will be ready soon till today. My car trunk cover got damaged when my car was at their yard, the insurance is not helping in getting it fixed really bad service naked insurance and North City panelbeater

16 Feb 2022, 12:42Bad service from naked insurance my car problems have not yet been resolved, went to northcity panelbeaters but found that they only fixed what I can see the parts are still not aligning the panelbeater blames the insurance for the pirate parts that are fitted in the car that will not align, after several attempts to get it right but they say that is the best they can do and I must take it up with the insurance really. The naked team is not useful I have no car no car hire but still pay for the services truly bad service naked and northcity panelbeaters, they play blame games and no one is owning up to their wrong doing.
