Bad Service and not reliable.

Naked Insurance has to be the worse insurance ever! The way they’re casual about everything and copy and paste emails.

I’ve had a run around with them from November 2022 when I made a claim. My mobile was badly damaged and they sent Platinum Repairs to have it repaired, they never sent a report and it was only when I requested it after it was fixed. The replacement phone they sent me wasn’t working proper, I indicated this. They fixed my mobile and sent it back but it’s over heating and it’s not just on Charger even when I’m on call!! Reported this they picked the phone up and still sent a loan device that’s not working properly.

Again I’m having a run around with them because the mobile is heating. Now they want to take it for the third time for diagnosis. I paid the R3000 for access already and I’m facing all this. It’s 2months now and they are telling me they’re accommodating me, a paying customer.
