Bad service

I have been with Naked for a year now with only one claim paid. They have increased my premium now with 21% and the excess from R1000 to R1800 on the building and R2500 on the vehicle. On calling them to query I was sent a mail explaining that it is due to bad road conditions, high accidents in the area that I live in and all nonsense like this. I do not pay premiums to cross subsidize other clients of them. I want to pay a premium on my profile alone for my behavior. According to Naked they do not do that. The advisor over the phone was very unhelpful and kept taking over me to the point where I had to tell her she can let me know once she is done so I can talk. Very poorly done by "Team Naked" Don't join them as you will be paying for other peoples bad behaviors.
