Bad Serice from Naked Insurance

*** Not happy with how I'm being treated by Naked. My claim was submitted on the 01/11/2021 till to date no decision has been taken. I was given the run around by the investigators being told I need to go to the police station to get my statement (do we not give them the case number and they need to liase with the POLICE?). I was even being questioned as if I'm flasifying my claim. When I phone the call Centre I'm being told that management need to sign off, when you ask to speak to a manager they give me all sorts of stories as to why I can't. Today is the 26th and I'm still waiting for a response.
