Bad Experience from Naked Insurance!

I received a very bad experience from Naked Insurance. Naked Insurance overcharged me on vehicle insurance, deducting money from my bank account 3 times in one month before even cover starts. The money that is more than my monthly premium, that's where I cancelled my vehicle insurance before the cover it's even start and requested all my money back, as they failed to refund my money that they overcharged me. They said it'll take 2 to 7 days for me to receive my money back. 7 days already passed, and I'm still waiting for my money... @Naked Insurance please pay my money back.
