Bad

I have been going back and forth with them regarding my claim and they seem to not be giving me solutions or when my car will be fixed they told me the end of this month now they are pushing it to another month it’s been two months dealing with this process no one gives you feedback no one calls to check if you have been assisted or if the claim is proceeding unless you call I have been calling since last week and they said they logged a complaint but the email they sent to me didn’t even advise what’s the way forward since last week Thursday nothing no response until I called them yesterday still no response am told they are checking what’s going.
