Bad Customer Service when Claiming

I join Naked Insurance a few months back thinking they will do better than other insurers. Only to find that now that I have a claim No one is assisting me or getting back to me about my claim. So is this how you treat clients when it time to claim?

Extremely disappointing that NOT EVEN ONE PERSON is giving me feedback about my claim. You should have mentioned that this is how you would treat me before I joined; I would have saved myself the headache of joining you.

Why should I do this through Hello Peter? In your own failed words “we’ll get back to you in to shakes of a lambs tail" Does that really need to happen for me to get feedback or assistance.
