Bad claim experience

Worse service ever claim rejected and i was told the ceiling spacing is supposed to be 400 and that my roof was uneven not sure as a person who is not in construction how i was supposed to pick that up, and the attitude given by the consultant when i asked them to elaborate these findings she told me its my duty to check my house and that the correct things were done before taking cover its not their duty to inspect and tell me whats wrong
