Bad And No

Had an accident on the 12 Feb and to date have not heard any proactive calls from the Naked team. We are on the 3rd week and when I demand feedback their claim agents Kgalim and Anna are always in meetings and promise to call back but never. Emails are also not responded to as well. Just called now and spoke to a very rude and inconsiderate agent from naked Mukundi call ref (652621) who didn’t even want to give me the ref had to fight for it as well. No assessor has been allocated on my case even had to fight for the validator to be assigned who has been very efficient (Corrie). Sent an email on Friday midday and till today it has not been answered by Naked -Anna, Grant and naked copied. They are duck and diving customers and not giving feedback on their claims, worse insurance company process ever, they not even reactive to at least respond to mail!!

I need expedited progress on my claim ASAP.
