Awful claim process 👎🏽👎🏽

It's been 6 days since I submitted my cellphone claim, naked insurance is playing hide and seek. They keep telling me they will call to validate my claim, but days pass like nothing. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
