Awesome service, but once you claim they’ll no longer cover you 🚮
After being a Naked customer for nearly 2 years, I recently made my first claim. The claim process was seamless and Angelino was very helpful. Now, when trying to insure my replacement device, I’m told Naked can no longer offer me insurance. What a disappointment, guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
