Matthew Schlamm assisted me with my recent claim. He was unfailingly friendly and professional. His responses to my emails were always very prompt and no request was ever too much effort for him.
I would recommend Naked Insurance to my friends and family primarily because of the great service he provided. He is an good example of excellent customer service
