Awesome first-time claims experience

I sadly knocked the side of my car several weeks back causing quite bad damage to the bodywork. This was to be my first ever car insurance claim so needless to say I was nervous about the potential runaround I may have gotten as you hear so many horror stories about the insurance industry.

Naked were just so excellent from the get-go. Submitting the claim was super easy, and the claim was approved by the next day. Further to that, the hassle of being without a car (I didn't add car hire to my policy) meant I was super reluctant to get this resolved. Naked very kindly offered to pay me out in cash to sort out my car when it suited me which I have since made time for. Their service team are quick to reply and super friendly (in fact, they had to chase me a bit instead of the other way around as I wasn't being very good with replying to their emails).

Then when the final claim was approved, the funds reflected in my account by the very next day.

All in all, Naked really made my claims journey super seamless and I don't see how they could have done better. I felt assisted from their time from the very start and would highly recommend them to anyone.
