The app is fantastic. It is so easy to add items, change policy pricing, excess, etc. It uses GPS to figure out where you are, it lets you take photos of your car and scan your license. Please will EVERYONE else wake up and look at how you are supposed to do business. Best part: not having to talk to people in a call centre. Invariably they are no more intelligent than a Bot and just follow their scripts, but with worse understanding of what I am trying to achieve with my policy. Bravo!
