AVOID NAKED!!!

We submitted a claim for vehicle damage(very minor) early November 2023. We are STILL waiting for our vehicle. We have therefore now been without a vehicle for more than FOUR MONTHS. Naked and their Panel Beater are full of excuses, none of them valid. Auto Lounge(the panelbater), are party to the BAD SERVICE. Appointments not confirmed, damage not properly assessed(even though specifically reported), beig delay in actual repairs, big delays in communication between Naked's claim dept and assessors etc etc etc. DO NOT USE NAKED!!!
